Kenny was amazing! He was able to work with my very busy schedule and was at my house within a week. It would have been sooner if I was home. I unfortunately used a different company for my flat carport roof 2 years ago and am already dealing with leaks. Kenny saw where the leaks were and found the issues quite quickly. He listened to me and knows I’m doing massive renovations in the next 7-8 years so I’m not trying to redo the entire roof again. He came up with a great solution that will hopefully patch up the leaks but also said to reach out if the issues persist and he will come back. His cost was incredibly reasonable and made sure to fix everything before the scheduled rain in the afternoon. I cannot recommend Canopy Roofing enough. ~ Stephanie J

Until we had a free inspection done by Canopy, we truly had no idea our roof was in such bad shape. Exposed nails, rotting wood, and bubbling/warping were just a few of the issues they were able to spot immediately. Once we decided to move forward with replacing the roof, our project manager, Billy, was excellent and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. His crew arrived promptly on the chosen date, and took such good care of our property. They ended up having to come back a second day in a row to finish up installation, as our roof was that bad off. We are so pleased with the new roof — not only does our house look great, but we know we made the right investment to extend the longevity of our home. So I tried to save some money and I made the mistake of hiring one of those random guys with a truck who ”Fixes” roofs. After taking my cash he left me with a bigger roof leak than I started with and then he vanished. Desperate for help I asked our community Facebook group for any recommendations. They referred me to Canopy Roofing and I am so happy I called them. Within 24 hours of my call they came to my house identified the issue and performed the needed repairs. I learned a hard lesson by letting one of those storm-chaser guys do my repair and I won’t be making that mistake again. Daniel at Canopy Roofing has my highest approbation for his personal involvement in every step of my roof replacement and water damage remediation. I cannot stress enough how thoroughly professional and personable he is. Always calling me with updates on when supplies were arriving and when each phase of the job would commence. He was always on site, beginning with the assessment, and working on my behalf with the insurance adjuster. His team had my roof done in a record 6.5 hours. 10-12 roofers tackled the job, and left the property spotless afterward. He even brought some of his own lumber from home at no cost to me. Nick was out on a job at a neighbors house and saw the tarps on my roof, so decided to stop by and ask about my needs. After explaining all of the challenges I had faced with other contractors and quotes along with the unique solar panel situation - he offered me a solution that met all of my needs in a price range that made sense. On the day, they called in advance, arrived on time, finished all of the promised work with no surprises or additional charges. The roof looks fantastic, could never tell that we had repairs done. After reaching out to inquire about a roof inspection (primarily to get a current status/proactively address any potential repairs), Kenny came by and not only provided a thorough inspection report (including some recommended minor repairs), he also took the time to walk through the ‘good to know’ information regarding the age of our roof, insurance, etc. He was back a few days later to perform the repairs, which were done efficiently and for a very reasonable cost. We had a small issue in our roof due to an improper installation of one of the pipe boots that we have being trying to deal with ourselves since the original roof builder is no longer in business. After a very heavy rainstorm we had a leak coming from that issue and into the ceiling of our master bedroom. I reached out to Canopy on a Sunday, got a call Sunday afternoon from Daniel at Canopy. He came out Monday morning to check out the issue and give me an estimate. It was a fair and reasonable price to fix it without any craziness of needing to replace the whole roof. Next day Daniel and one of his roofers Justino came out Tuesday morning fixed the issue in about an hour. We ended up having up having another heavy rain the next day and had no issues. Appreciated the quick response, honest inspection and recommendations, and overall price to fix the issue. Would highly recommend this team to others with roof issues. Thanks again! ~ Jon B

Rare for me to review but when you find a company whose owners and team members represent everything you want / need in a service business; you want to share. I’m a single female parent so it’s always a struggle to find a company with Integrity, Quality, Dependability and genuinely overall good people who do the right thing, not the most expensive or unnecessary thing. Kenny and team at Canopy Roofing are all of the above and more. I had several issues going on and ultimately received a whole new roof due to various issues. From start to finish, it was clear, concise and quick communication/ responses. The build was quick, extremely thorough and beautifully done! Kenny with Canopy Roofing was one of 4 quotes I got, they were in the middle but you could tell Kenny knew what he was doing. He replaced 8 sheets of plywood and a 24’ rafter and reroofed my well house to match all at no extra charge. My insurance Nationwide was being difficult to work with but Katelyn worked with my very unprofessional adjusted and worked it out took 3 months. Kenny went above and beyond to insure customer service. I will refer them to everyone who needs a roof. They removed and replace 54 squares and the wood in 8 hrs. Awesome to work with!!! ~ Mike M

Canopy Roofing replaced our roof recently, and we were very pleased with the result. We worked with Nick Stewart, who kept us informed every step of the way. The roof work is beautiful, the site management was excellent. They protected our property from the unavoidable mess associated with roofing. The shingles we had installed had defects. Nick immediately let us know that a problem had been identified by the installers, and took care of the warranty claim with the manufacturer who paid to replace the entire roof. It could not have been better for us. The faulty roof looked good to us, so we may not have become aware of the defect until it caused problems for us years later, when it would have been our problem entirely. We appreciate the character demonstrated by not taking the easy way out and by handling the issue with integrity and professionalism, and not leaving us out in the cold with a questionable roof. Kenny Clark and his team are hands-down the best roofers we’ve ever used! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. They are professional, responsive, knowledgeable, trustworthy and incredibly helpful with their explanations and willingness to talk through things. I highly recommend Canopy Roofing. We needed a new roof due to age and damage from some powerful storms. Jake was our project manager and he was very thorough throughout the entire process; working with our insurance adjuster and answering all of our questions, ensuring a smooth process. Great experience working with Canopy when I needed a new roof. Daniel was so helpful and walked me through the whole process of dealing with my insurance company. Once insurance was secured it was easy and fast to schedule and, again, Daniel was great with communication every step of the way. They arrived right on time around six in the morning and got to work immediately, enabling them to get the job (roof and skylight replacement) done in only a day. Bill Herr was the Canopy rep who inspected our limb damaged roof, presented a thorough contract the next day , ordered shingles, ordered gutters, called a ceiling repairman and painter. He met each crew when they arrived, discussed the job, then checked on them to made sure the job was done well. He also contacted a tree man for an estimate. Canopy Roofing did such a great job on my Roof. I had some issues with another roofing company and Kenny stepped in took over the job and made me feel at ease and was very informative on the process.
